About
Why did you choose the name Acid Rain?
We chose the name "Acid Rain" for our umbrella because it captures the magical transformation that occurs when the fabric gets wet. The technology we use allows the umbrella to change colors, just like acid changes the color of objects it comes into contact with. This makes it a fun and playful name that reflects the unique capabilities of our umbrella. Plus, it's a nod to the science behind the color-changing effect, which is sure to delight anyone with an interest in technology.
Where can I purchase Acid Rain umbrellas?
Currently, our umbrellas are only available on our website. However, we are working on expanding our distribution and hope to be in many retailers in the near future. When that happens, we will add a stockists page to our website so that you can easily find a retailer near you.

Of course! Our umbrellas work for all shapes and sizes.

Orders
I placed an order and did not receive an order confirmation email?
Oh no! It sounds like you're having trouble receiving your order confirmation. This can be frustrating, we know. But don't worry, we're here to help.
First of all, it's worth noting that it typically only takes a matter of minutes for the confirmation to arrive. So if you're feeling impatient, try checking your spam inbox and refreshing your inbox to see if it pops up.
If you still don't see the confirmation, don't stress - we can help. Just send a note to the Acid Rain customer advisory team with your order information and we'll be happy to send you another one. And if you need any other assistance, our team is here to help.
Can I edit my order?
We process orders within 2 business days from when they are placed. If you need to make changes to your order, contact us via email, chat or text and one of our friendly Acid Rain Customer Advisors will be happy to help.
Where do your orders ship from?
All of our Acid Rain umbrellas are lovingly shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada - the land of rain (and amazing umbrellas, of course). So when you order from us, you can trust that your umbrella will be sent straight from the heart of the Great White North, where we know a thing or two about staying dry in the rain.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within North America. If you are located outside of North America please contact us and we will try our best to help you.
Which shipping company do you use?
We rate shop our shipments so that it is the most cost effective and fastest option paid for. This generally is Postal Service or Fedex.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We need 24-48 hours for processing of the order. Then generally in North America, ground shipping is 1-5 days depending on where you are located. You can also pay for Express Shipping which is 1-2 days in transit.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the order and shipping confirmation emails you received. If you didn't receive either of these please contact us at hello@acidrainumbrellas.com and we will be sure to help you.
My package arrived in less than perfect condition, can you help me?
Of course, we want you to have the greatest satisfaction possible. If there was an issue with your package please send us photos and all details to hello@acidrainumbrellas.com and we will help you as soon as possible.
I think my package is lost or stolen.
If you think your order is lost or stolen, please send us all info to hello@acidrainumbrellas.com and we will do everything we can to assist you.
What is your return policy?
If your order wasn't exactly what you expected we do offer a 30 day return policy. Please reach out to us at hello@acidrainumbrellas.com to start the process. The items must be in brand new condition and original packaging. You will be liable for return shipping costs.
